Global Advocacy Strategy
Over six months, we produced a 200-page intelligence report, analysed 10+ major environmental advocacy campaigns, and conducted extensive audience, market, literature, and cultural research across film, fashion, gaming, music, philanthropy, and diplomacy. We also carried out a proprietary survey of 6,400+ respondents across 6+ luxury and high-priority tourism markets, and completed an in-depth study of China’s panda diplomacy to inform a Saudi Arabian diplomatic model for the Arabian leopard.
We delivered a multi-year, multi-vertical advocacy and communications strategy for the ALF and Royal Commission of AlUla, including culture-hacking pathways, partner evaluation tools, and high-level narrative positioning.
Quest for Hope
We redesigned the narrative of RCU’s youth-facing Arabian-leopard gaming campaign Quest for Hope, advising game designers and grounding the experience in real conservation impact—applying our cultural and advocacy strategy to enhance youth engagement across Roblox, social, and digital channels.
